1. International Shipping Products
1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available at Fitness Concept Store are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers (Switzerland, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase, with delivery taking between 2 to 7 business days (on average after the product is dispatched), depending on the location. The product is shipped within 6 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
Orders placed through bank slip may take 1 to 5 days for payment confirmation in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code for customers to monitor the progress of their order delivery.
Note: In certain cases, this delivery period may extend for a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, pandemics, periods of high demand at the post office, or other situations beyond our control.
The store guarantees order delivery, and we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and free online tracking; your product delivery is 100% guaranteed.
1.2. Insured Shipping
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 90 business days from posting, the amount paid will be 100% refunded on that date."
Attention: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, it's completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped via post office or another carrier, and there will always be a Tracking Code to allow customers to monitor the progress of delivery. Fitness Concept Store commits to instruct the customer on how to track the products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to Fitness Concept Store.
The tracking code for the order is provided within 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
The tracking code may take 5 to 10 business days to start showing shipping information on the postal service's website from the date the code is informed.
2. General Conditions (Attention)
2.1. Order Address Care
Fitness Concept Store will arrange the shipment of products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any obstacles in receiving your order, please pay attention when filling out the address where you want to receive your order.
2.2. Recipient Absent
Ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The postal services make three delivery attempts. If there is no one at the address to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office branch, and in this case, the package recipient will need to pick it up at the branch within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to postal service rules, the package will be sent back to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for re-shipping the product.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office branch where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the postal service's website using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Fitness Concept Store does not take responsibility for filling out the destination address incorrectly or incompletely for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, according to postal service rules, the package will be sent back to the sender, and no other delivery attempts will be made at that address.
In case delivery is not made due to discrepancies in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
2.4. Taxed and Duty Products
If any duty or tax fees are charged, they will be the responsibility of Fitness Concept Store. Rest assured, you only pay the price described for the product on our website.
